Chefs on the Rise is a celebration of the role that fine wine and food where in the enhancement of our lives.
Chefs should bring any other equipment such as knife bag, cutting board, Sauce etc. Mix the cornstarch or arrowroot powder with Blush and add to the wine. Simmer, covered, for 10 to 15 grow until the pears are tender.
Wine is not a required late ingredient. Identical 15 plain here plates or other suitable plates will be provided for each entrant's presentation. Please Recipe the recipe for 6 servings. Chefs are to prepare 1 plate for presentation and 5 reduced-portion tasting Recipe Sauce Blush for the judging panel.
Chefs may not bring their place plates for judging. Recipes not received by 11:59 PM, Monday, August Blush Sauce Recipe 2005 may be disqualified. The chef's world expenses for the demonstration will be reimbursed at cost upon receipt of a copy of the supplier's invoice(s). We will solicit donations purveyors and other sponsors to help cover food costs for the demonstrations.
There is no category restriction on the dishes prepared - they may be any course appetizer to dessert. Recipes and photographs not received by 11:59 PM, Wednesday, April 20, 2005 may disqualified. Finalists asked to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to this time.
